FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves producing removable laminar dental prosthesis having rigid base. 2 mm thick plastic layer adjacent to prosthesis bed is filed off from the prosthesis surface. External prosthesis edge is notched. Auto plasma enriched in blood platelets and fibrin is obtained at surgical intervention day. Teeth are removed. The obtained autoplasma is fitted on operation wound as membrane. Flexible plastic Coe-Soft is placed on internal base surface next day after the operation. The prosthesis is fixed in oral cavity in central occlusion position. The prosthesis is removed after polymerization. Redundant material is cut off and fitted on postoperative defect.
EFFECT: formed rational alveolar bone relief; reduced risk of atrophy development.
