SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used to prevent atrophy of the alveolar bone and mucosa of the prosthetic bed after tooth extraction. To this end, the method of preparing the prosthetic bed tissue for prosthetics after tooth extraction involves a minimal delamination of the muco-periosteal flap, atraumatic removal of the remaining root of the tooth, filling the socket of the removed root with bone substitute material, reducing the edges of the wound and suturing. At the same time, demineralized sponge “Lyoplast” is used as the bone substitute material. Then the augmentation area is overlapped by the collostrogenic collagen membrane “Collost” that is resorbed. Cutting the membrane in the shape and size of the defect, its edges are placed under the mucous-periosteal flap to ensure its full fit. After complete epithelialization of the wound, an autoplasma enriched with platelets and growth factors is introduced into the socket of the removed tooth, 0.5–0.7 ml per one well. Introduce for 45 days under the mucous membrane in the region of the removed tooth preparation of collagen material “Collost” in the form of 7 % gel at the rate of 0.1–0.2 ml per 1 cm² of mucosa of the prosthetic bed.

EFFECT: proposed method allows to form bone tissue of high density in the field of augmentation, does not require repeated surgical intervention, allows to significantly shorten the period of treatment of patients, to restore not only the width, but also the height of the alveolar process, which in turn allows to produce more aesthetic designs of prostheses.
