FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely manufacture of powdered articles with use of energy of throwing explosive matters, possibly simultaneous extrusion of several articles of different powder materials.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing powder layer of less-density material in lower part of built-up container and placing other layers successively as density of powder material increases; arranging steel baffle in steel press-mold on surface of lower punch; placing container with extruded powders on said baffle; filling gap between container, steel baffle and steel press-mold with hard-to-press powder; placing on upper part of container metallic screen, then layer of highly yielding metal and upper punch; performing impact loading at speed of striker 420-550 m/s. Relation of specific mass of striker to sum of specific masses of upper punch, layer of highly yielding metal, metallic screen, lid of container of highly yielding metal, upper metallic disc, layers of extruded powders is in range 0.37 - 0.572. Relation of sum of specific masses of striker, upper punch, layer of highly yielding metal, metallic screen, lid of container of highly yielding metal, upper metallic disc to sum of specific masses of lower metallic disc, bottom of outer envelope of container, steel deflector, lower punch and steel base is in range 0.186 - 0.455.

EFFECT: possibility for producing during one manufacturing cycle several high-density articles of different type of powder materials.
