FIELD: explosive works.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns obtaining the products from ceramic powder by means of throwing explosives energy. It can be used in the electrotechnical and radio-electronic industry for manufacturing of piezoelements, insulators. In a cover of the drummer from a light high plasticity metal in the form of a glass a metal reflector is installed and a cover is filled with a pressed ceramic powder at the relation of specific weight of a metal reflector to specific weight of a layer of the pressed powder, equal 0.61-0.97. The cover of the drummer is pressed; also the compound drummer is placed in the channel of the trunk of the powder throwing device. The received assemblage is established coaxially with the channel of a trunk of powder throwing installation on the steel basis placed on a sandy ground. The relation of the sum of specific weights of compound drummer bottom cover from high plasticity metal, a metal reflector, a layer of a pressed powder and a cover of the drummer to the sum of specific weights of a metal punch and the steel basis is equal 0.25-0.41. Carry out with great dispatch-wave pressing of a ceramic powder by dispersal of the compound drummer by a powder charge till the speed of 400-550 km/s and its blow in the metal punch located in the axial channel of a steel compression mould.

EFFECT: obtained material possesses high density and equal density at greater thickness of a pressed layer.
