FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; devices and the methods of the injection molding of the articles made out of plastic material.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the method and the device intended for the injection molding of the articles made out of the plastic material, in particular, for manufacture of the articles made out of the plastic material with the outer layer structurally differing from the inner part of the article. The device used for the injection molding of the articles made out of the plastic material contains molds and die blocks forming a lot of the molding blocks. At that at joining of the molds and the die blocks they form the inner molding cavities. It also has, at least, one block of the injector and at least, one additional block, which are intended accordingly for feeding of the melted plastic material and the fluid medium being under high pressure in the molding cavities. At that the molding blocks have the capability of their motion concerning the injection block and the additional block. There are also the detachable coupling tools and the locking tools intended for prevention of origination of the reverse flows from the molding cavities and disposed between molding blocks and the injection block and the additional block. The method for the injection molding of the articles made out of the plastic material includes, at least, one phase of injection of the melted plastic material into the cavities, which are present in the molding blocks and in which the molding process takes place, and at least one phase of injection of the being under high pressure fluid medium into the plastic material. Then execute the phase of cooling and induration of plastic material inside the cavities, where it plastic material is together with the high-pressure fluid medium. In the final phases, where they exercise extraction of the molding articles from the molds. At that the method also provides for ageing of the plastic material and the fluid medium being under the high pressure, for a while in the molding blocks with the subsequent relocation of the molding blocks. The technical result, which is attained at usage of the method and the device under the inventions, consists in development of such processes of molding, which are realized quickly and with the low expenditures, but allow to ensure the high level of quality, which is attained at manufacture of the hollow articles.
EFFECT: the method and the device under the inventions ensure development of such processes of molding, which are realized quickly, with the low expenditures and at the high level of quality, which is attained at manufacture of the hollow articles.
