SUBSTANCE: device for melt pressure regulating under the invention relates to an injection formation device. The device has a melt tank to create pressure in the melted plastic mass prior to its injection in the mould, wherein the melted plastic mass has melt pressure. The injection device of the device for the melted plastic mass supply from the melt tank, and a device of melt pressure regulation containing the pressure regulating device located between the melt tank and the mould. Wherein the pressure regulating device maintains virtually the permanent pressure of the melt inside the mould cavity. The pressure regulating device contains one of the valves: a fluid pressure regulating valve or a pressure release valve. The injection formation device ensures part formation upon the injection of the melted thermal plastic material in the mould cavity at a low permanent pressure of 6,000 psi and below.

EFFECT: manufacturing of thin wall items at permanent low pressure with large capacity.
