FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to injection moulding. Claimed process consists in the injection of fused thermoplastic material inside the mould by, in fact, the constant pressure at increasing power. Then, power is decreased unless the mould cavity is filled with thermoplastic material by some 20%. Therefore, the mould cavity is filled with the fused thermoplastic material by displacement of continuous front of fused material front from the mould inlet to its end.
EFFECT: better mechanical properties of thin-wall parts at lower constant pressure.
