FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to injection moulding device (versions). Injection of fused thermoplastic material of invariable thickness is conducted into the machine mould cavity at low constant pressure of approx 6000 psi and lower. This allows the claimed device to exploit the mould made from readily machinable material. Besides, it incorporates the transducer and controller for control over injection process and maintenance of the melt constant pressure. Also, it comprises the artificially balanced melt feed system.
EFFECT: multiply moulds, moulds for feed of several material, lower costs, accelerated production at preset quality of produced articles.
