FIELD: oil and gas production, particularly to produce oil from wells by flowing, gaslift and other production methods.
SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring pressure at well head and in hole annuity; comparing measured pressure with predetermined threshold values corresponding to optimal well bottom pressure; opening discharge oil pipeline as at least one pressure value increased up to predetermined upper threshold value; closing discharge oil pipeline as at least one pressure value decreases to lower threshold pressure value. Oil pipeline has controllable throughput, which increases as well head pressure increases up to upper threshold value and decreased as well head pressure reduces up to lower threshold pressure. Oil pipeline outlet is connected with hole annuity through gas pipeline having controllable throughput, which increases as hole annuity increases to upper threshold value and decreased as hole annuity pressure reduces up to lower threshold pressure. Said gas pipeline throughput control is carried out by gas pipeline throat change. Well head pressure is stabilized by oil pipeline throat change. Fluid temperature at well head is additionally measured. Optimal well bottom pressure is determined from said fluid temperature. Device for said method realization involves shutoff member installed in discharge oil pipeline and the first pressure sensor installed upstream of the shutoff member. The second pressure sensor is arranged in hole annuity. Both pressure sensors are linked to control unit having outlet connected with executive mechanism of shutoff member. Oil pipeline outlet is communicated with hole annuity through gas pipeline provided with the second shutoff member having the second executive mechanism. The second executive mechanism has inlet linked to control unit. Each shutoff member is made as valve with controllable throughput.
EFFECT: provision of quick and accurate optimal well bottom pressure determination and maintenance along with oil reservoir operation parameter change without labor-intensive investigations necessary to choose well operation regime.
