FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of test stands for high-pressure fuel pumps. Proposed stands for testing high-pressure fuel pumps includes the following functional units intercoupled and mounted on housing and connected with drive: unit for mounting high-pressure fuel pumps, fuel tank, metering unit with metering cylinders, nozzle unit, pipelines, oil and fuel pumps, make up electric pump, control unit and drive with coupling. Stand for testing high-pressure fuel pumps has frequency converter and antivibrator. Frequency converter is mounted on extension vertical bracket opposite to front walls of housing, it is electrically connected with drive and is made in form of automatic ac drive control with setter and rpm counter. Antivibrator is made in form of mounting plate installed on upper wall of housing with replaceable vibration isolators installed under plate and replaceable brackets for mounting high-pressure fuel pumps arranged over plate. Cups in metering unit are installed horizontally.
EFFECT: provision of reliable stand for testing high-pressure fuel pumps.
