FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing sutures on throat defect in two stages after carrying out laryngectomy. Horizontal interrupted submucous sutures are placed at the first stage along the throat defect median line with two fissure-like defects symmetric on both sides being formed. The fissure-like defects are sutured at the second stage by placing interrupted submucous sutures running from horizontal line of suture edges upwards and downwards symmetrically on both sides at an angle to the median line. Laryngeal sphincters are attached to each other suturing on the right and left side creating muscle duplication.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in creating physiological throat and upper esophagus part shape.
