FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to field of medicine, in particular to otolaryngology. Essence of method lies in pharynx reconstruction by application of purse-strung submucous suture on perimetre of resected pharynx with tightening it until complete contact of esdes and further application of submerged Z-like suture. On edges of pharynx defect adapting Lambda-shaped suture submucous-submucous suture is applied. Apex of suture faces the edge of pharynx defect mucosa. After that, edges of defect are tightened. Pharyngostoma is finally eliminated by application of two semi-purse-string sutures.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to improve wound healing considerably, eliminate aggravation of oncologic results after pharynx resection, increase functional effect.
