FIELD: method and device for manufacturing markings, such as digits, letters, surface patterns, surface or decorative images, on a substrate, primarily film, in particular, decal film.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the method, from controlled power supply into replicating surface of replicating device power is injected in form of radiation to generate at least one generating zone. Laser radiation is used primarily. Generating zone of replicating surface is formed on the substrate due to contacting of replicating device with substrate under pressure. Using additional controllable energy supply, temperature mode of replicating surface is maintained at least on one section. Energy is injected into replicating surface by means of radiation of energy supply and from additional controllable energy supply. The section of replicating surface made in form of thermal combined zone or section of replicating surface which is additive to thermal combined zone, directly and/or indirectly creates the forming zone. Device for realization of the method contains replicating device made in form of replicating cylinder, controllable power supply which emits radiation, response pressing device and an additional controllable power supply.
EFFECT: ensured manufacture of individualized markings on a substrate using low cost equipment.
