SUBSTANCE: the deployment mechanism automatically turns, about the hinge and deploys the stabilizer from the stowed position to the deployed position. The mechanism has a spring that produces a shifting force making the stabilizer to change the stowed position to the deployed position.
EFFECT: simplified consumption and enhanced reliability of the deployment mechanism and fixing of the stabilizers.
