FIELD: telecommunication networks, namely, technology for designing, reconstructing and technical accounting of structures, equipment and routes of telecommunications network.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the method, the data of telecommunication network are structured on basis of technical designation parameters, functional parameters and technical accounting parameters, data are integrated and moved to data banks with possible later searching, exchanging, analysis and processing of data. Vectorization of cartographic base is performed and cartographic module is used to introduce data layers into it layer-wise in chronological order of time parameter with possible computation of data after processing and possible addition of computed data to any layer after its visualization. The data are visualized in form of graphical symbolic notations in a colored image, and identical data of communication network are identified on basis of different colors depending on time value of parameter.

EFFECT: lower laboriousness of design and technical accounting processes for structures of telecommunication network with simultaneously increased information capacity and trustworthiness of a project.
