FIELD: system for recognizing documents, possible use for identification of documents which contain a protective mark made of substance, excited by light which is emitted by appropriate light source.
SUBSTANCE: the system includes monochromatic light source, which consists of laser diode (1) with modulated radiation frequency and at least two detector units (3) which are used for finding the light emitted at different wave lengths by excitable substance of protective mark on the document which should be identified, in reflected or passing light. Each one of given detector filters (3) is connected to electronic processing system which includes filter (7) and amplifier (8), which are in turn connected to the unified microprocessor.
EFFECT: creation of reliable system for determining authenticity of documents, which is characterized by simple design and small size.
