SUBSTANCE: one should dissect aponeurosis of external oblique muscle, isolate the space under aponeurosis for placing a reticular prosthesis being longitudinally dissected from its one end, isolate inguinal ligament, spermatic funiculus without intersecting cremaster muscle, isolate and treat a hernial sac, increase longitudinal incision of reticular prosthesis by taking into account the fact of placing cremaster muscle's fibers there together with spermatic funiculus, locate reticular prosthesis under spermatic funiculus, suture in this additional incision with uninterrupted suture along with through suturing the cremaster muscle. The innovation enables to decrease the risk of relapses.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty.
