FIELD: invention refers to protection of environment.

SUBSTANCE: it may be used for execution of control over process of migration of potential pollutants in regions of burying of industrial residues. Arrangement for definition of absorbing capacity of natural or artificial screens has sample of screen, reservoir with solution containing potential pollutants with prescribed concentration, set of changeable samplers, filtration column, block for measuring concentration of pollutants. It has also additionally elastic container for placing sample of screen, first and second filters, sensor of measuring speed of filtration, first pump, block for control over first pump. Moreover reservoir with solution containing investigated pollutants of prescribed concentration is successively connected with pipelines through first pump, filtration column and shut-off valve with changeable sampler. Second pump switched by airway through forcing valve to second inlet of filtration column between its external lateral surface and elastic container. At that outlet of block for measuring of concentration of substance is connected through communication line with input of computer whose output is switched to input of memory block. At that output of timer is switched to input of shut-off valve and sensor of speed of filtration is placed in pipeline connecting output of first pump with input of filtration column. At that output of sensor of speed of filtration is switched to input of block of control over first pump.

EFFECT: invention allows define absorbing capacity of natural and artificial materials assigned for manufacturing of absorbing screens.
