SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing canned food due to cutting and blanching cauliflower, potatoes and brown onions; blanching and cutting carrots; cutting and freezing green onions and coriander greens; cutting mutton and mixing the above-mentioned components at oxygen-free technique with common salt and hot red pepper. The mixture obtained and bone broth should be packed, sealed and sterilized. The innovation in question enables to manufacture new canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
