FIELD: food industry, canned foods industry.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing canned food due to cutting, blanching and reducing cauliflower, potatoes and brown onions upon a chopper; blanching and reducing carrots upon a chopper; freezing and reducing green onions and coriander greens upon a chopper; cutting and reducing beef upon a chopper and mixing the above-mentioned components with bone broth, common salt and a CO2-extract of hot red pepper. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes with subsequent sealing and sterilization. The innovation in question enables to manufacture new canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
