SUBSTANCE: tinned food for space feeding is made by cutting, blanching and mincing cauliflower, potatoes and onions, blanching and mincing carrots, freezing and mincing spring onions and coriander leaves, cupping and mincing beef. The listed ingredients are mixed with bone broth, salt and СО2-biomass extract of the specified micromicet type and hot red pepper, packed in aluminum tubes, pressurized and sterilized.
EFFECT: tinned food has enhanced digestibility.
