FIELD: chemical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises spraying dryer for drying and granulating the catalyzer, cell cyclones, heat generator, and Venturi scrubber. The scrubber receives flow from the cell cyclones. The device has filter for separating admixtures, transporter for dried product, calcining apparatus, product cooler, separator, cyclone of the air-operated transport, unit for batching, and hopper for finished product. The drying agent is supplied to the calcining apparatus through the heat generator. The separator supplies the dried product to the cyclone of the air-operated transport. The calcining apparatus provides two-stage temperature regime of calcining and time interval for which the catalyzer is within each of the stages. The first stage is provided with means for supplying the drying agent to the top section of the apparatus.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
