FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: tinned food is made by cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing meat, cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing carrots, potatoes and onions, freezing and mincing spring onions and coriander leaves. Prepared ingredients are mixed in specified proportions with bone broth, tomato paste, salt and СО2-biomass extracts of the specified micromicet type, hot black pepper and laurel. Obtained mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, pressurized and sterilized.
EFFECT: tinned food has enhanced digestibility.
