FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: liquid of metal is run into straining instrument, where it is crystallizing and working up by pressure. The straining instrument is realized by sectors of pressure with parabolic form, which combine the function of punch and roller. The working of metal by pressure is produced after beginning of crystallization of liquid due to revolve-translational motion of sectors of pressure the way, that upper point of each of them makes just one alternate-reciprocal motion to the direction of axis of pressing, and all points situated below-additionally makes reciprocating-rotary motion, which more increased then lower the point is situated. All points organize profile of product and finish the movement to axis of pressing at desired distance, and the movement speed of pressing sectors is regulated according to metal resistance to pressure effort. The pressing sectors are provided with sensors of rating the metal resistance to pressure effort.
EFFECT: it is provided the effectiveness increase of using technical enhancement and the cost saving.
