FIELD: thermophysical measurements.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises affecting the flat surface of the solid to be investigated and the reference specimen by pulse heat generated by means of a linear heating source, measuring excess temperature at the flat surface of reference specimens at a given distance from the line of heating from the moment of the onset of heat pulse. The solid to be investigated and the reference specimen are affected by heat pulses, and the temperature is measured in the plane of their contact. The excess temperature is measured at a single point for a given time interval. A model of the direct heat conductivity problem is calculated by a final difference method.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reduce time of measurements.
