SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to evaluate the severity of allergic rhinitis in clinical practice. The functional condition of involuntary nervous system is evaluated, the patient's life quality assessment is performed, the intensity of symptoms of allergic rhinitis, as well as the local immune response in nasal mucous and concomitant abnormalities, such as nasal cavity or paranasal sinus abnormalities or bronchial asthma, are evaluated, with following formalisation of obtained results into scores, summation and index calculation. Depending on index value, the allergic rhinitis is scored as mild, moderate or severe.

EFFECT: method allows standardising treatment and prognosis of allergic rhinitis.
