FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for manual access into abdominal cavity in laparoscopic surgery contains the annular cage, surgeon's glove and a frame to put on the surgeon's hand. The surgeon's glove is placed upon the annular cage. A needle is installed into the annular cage. The needle is connected to the air-transporting tube. The frame consists of two plastic semirings. The semirings have the slots and external margins. The external margins are straightened out at the right angle. The slots are located at the side surfaces of the semirings, and can be inserted one into another, for fixing. The method of using the device for manual access in laparoscopic surgery consists in sealing the abdominal cavity by inflating the annular cage with air. The plastic semirings are put on the surgeon's hand and fixed by inserting slots at the side surfaces of the semirings. Then, the annular cage and surgeon's glove are fixed above, and the surgeon's hand with the device is placed in the operative wound. The device is placed at the inside level of contact of peritoneum and annular cage. The abdominal cavity is sealed. Air inflation into the cuff doesn't cause the compression of surgeon's hand with following hand ischemia, the device's cuff doesn't contact with the dissected tissues of the abdominal wall, and the glove prevents air leakage in between the surgeon's hand and the frame-bracelet.
EFFECT: surgeon's hand doesn't contact immediately with device and any movements don't lead to device displacement against wound and depressurisation of abdominal cavity.
