SUBSTANCE: specified product consists of maltose syrup, water, vegetable fat, sorbitol, acid, maltodextrines, flavours, lecithin, dyes, icing sugar and sand sugar. Production method of the good stipulates the preparation of mixture including sand sugar, water, syrup, emulsion of swallowed gelatin mixture and vegetable fat product, phosphatides, then mixture agitation, boiling to sugar mass, rubbing icing sugar with the aroma and flavouring substances, sugar mass pulling, cooling and forming. One rubs sorbitol and maltodextrine in the prepared mixture.
EFFECT: receiving of product which has advanced plastic strength and energy value.
