SUBSTANCE: one calculates the irritation degree (ID) of urocyst as relation of maximum capacity to urocyst admission space at first micturate urge. When the value ID>5 the irritation of urocyst is evaluated as the first degree, when 4≤ID<5 - the second degree, when 3≤ID<4 - the third degree, when 2≤ID<3 - the fourth degree, when ID<2 - the fifth degree.
EFFECT: accuracy improvement of the urodynamic testing, significant reduce of testing time allows evaluating of the treatment effectiveness.
