SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating overactive bladder in patients, containing in an effective amount: peptides consisting of fragment of 10–20 consecutive amino acid residues of protein Calponin-1 of sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, wherein said fragment includes the amino acid sequence given in SEQ ID NO: 2, as well as peptides consisting of fragment of 10–20 consecutive amino acid residues of the protein Smooth muscle gamma-actin of the sequence SEQ ID NO: 3, wherein said fragment includes the amino acid sequence given in SEQ ID NO: 4, as well as peptides consisting of fragment of 10–20 consecutive amino acid residues of the decorin protein of the sequence SEQ ID NO: 5, wherein said fragment includes the amino acid sequence given in SEQ ID NO: 6, and also relates to the use of a pharmaceutical composition in an effective amount for the treatment of urinary frequency and/or urinary incontinence in patients with an overactive bladder, and also relates to use of a pharmaceutical composition in an effective amount for treating overactive bladder in patients.
EFFECT: invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition for treating overactive bladder in patients and a method for use thereof.
