FIELD: medicine; urology.
SUBSTANCE: can be used for the evaluation of severity level of urocyst hyperactivity (SL UH). One determines the total quantity of patient' s emictions (EQ) and total quantity of imperative feelings (QIF) for three day' s period as well as presence of time-urgent urodepsia (TUU). SL UH is evaluated in grades according to the formula SLUH = 2 (EQ) + (QIF) + 1 with presence of TUU; SLUH = 2 (EQ) + (QIF) without TUU. When SLUH ≤ 62 grades one evaluates mild severity level, when 63 < SLUH ≤ 80 grades - moderated level, when SLUH > 80 grades - severe level.
EFFECT: improvement of therapy effectiveness and control of the treatment effectiveness.
