SUBSTANCE: intraosseous dental implant contains the truncated-cone-shaped head, cylinder-shaped neck and laminar intraosseous part made as a wedge with the rounded apical part and through holes along the height, with transverse cavities on both surfaces, made axis-symmetrically with pace t=0.12L, where L is the length of the intraosseous implant. The cavities' profile is formed by radius r=l.3t and angle β=13°, and the cavity apexes are localised on one straight line, which forms the angle α=3° with the implant axis. The wedge is performed with the inclination angle γ=1° to the implant axis.

EFFECT: conditions for more reliable primary and long-term fixation of intraosseous dental implant are provided.
