SUBSTANCE: device includes a three-phase rectifier, between the negative lead of which and the cathode of the plasmatron, a current-forming element and a throttle are connected in series, a plasmatron control circuit containing an oscillator, the first circuit containing the first capacitor, the second throttle, a resistor, and a switch connected in series and connected between the negative and the positive leads of the rectifier; the negative lead of the circuit being connected between the throttle and the cathode; besides that, the control electrode of the plasmatron, through the second circuit containing the second capacitor and the third throttle connected in series, is connected to the positive lead of the rectifier, which is also connected to the plasmatron anode and grounded; besides that, the first input of the oscillator is connected between the first capacitor and the throttle, and its second input is connected to the first circuit, between the first capacitor and the second throttle; the first output of the oscillator is being connected to the plasmatron cathode and its second output is being connected to the control electrode of the plasmatron.
EFFECT: increased reliability of plasmatron during startup and its operational stability.
