FIELD: heating, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of drying particulate materials and may be used in the microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. A spray drier comprises drying chamber, calorifer, fan and waste heat-carrying gas filtering system that contains dryable solution supplying circuit and heat-carrying gas (nitrogen) recirculation circuit comprising acoustic unit, dry cyclone for separating the heat-carrying gas from the flow and for collecting fine particles of the dried product, suction fan for supplying the heat-carrying gas from the cyclone to a condensing wet scrubber that is used for condensation of solvent vapours of the dryable solution and contains washing liquid spray nozzle, baffles and condensate collector. Moreover, the solvent is cooled with cold water in a plate heat exchanger, and a hot heat-carrying gas supplying circuit comprises high pressure fan to supply the heat-carrying gas into the drying chamber, calorifer to heat up the heat-carrying gas using hot oil, which is heated up to a required temperature in an electric heater and supplied by a circulating oil pump to the oil calorifer to heat up the heat-carrying gas. Moreover, the hot oil recirculation circuit comprises oil collector and oil extension tank. Moreover, optimal parameters for medium-dispersed dust sound treatment in the acoustic unit where the dust content in the heat-carrying gas flow is not less than 2 g/m are as follows: sound pressure level within the range of 140...150 dB, oscillation frequency within the range of 800...1000 Hz, insonation time 1.5...2 sec. According to the invention, the sprayer has the form of an acoustic spray nozzle used to spray the solution and comprises housing wherein an acoustic generator is disposed together with a resonator having the form of a toroidal cavity arranged in the wall of a taper-face ring that is connected with the housing and used to form a spray cone of the sprayed solution. The toroidal cavity axis is arranged coaxially towards the housing and the cavity itself is connected by at least one calibrated orifice being formed by the faces of the housing on the ring tapered side.
EFFECT: improving the drying efficiency.
