SUBSTANCE: in the reading device with a time delay and accumulation of multi-element photoreceiver signals, each of n cells of the input device, where n is a quantity of the time delay and accumulation stages, contains a voltage repeater and an additional resetting transistor, the drain of which is connected to the input of the repeater and the first plate of the integrating capacitor, and each of the sampling devices contains n additional switching transistors with the sources joined together and the drains connected, correspondingly, to the first plates of the first sampling capacitor and (n-1) additional sampling capacitors, and, correspondingly, with the sources of the first output transistor and (n-1) additional output transistors with the drains connected to the device output. The second plates of the sampling capacitors are connected to the substrate. The sources of the additional resetting transistors are connected to the additional resetting voltage bus, and their gates are connected to the additional resetting control bus. The gates of the additional switching transistors and the additional output transistors are connected to the device control buses.
EFFECT: increase in sensitivity of integrated signal reading device with time delay and signal accumulation.
