FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates medicine, traumatology and orthopaedics in particular. Inventions provide prosthesis support on the marginal zones of close plates of vertebral rest pads having more bearing resistance without essential bony tissue take out. Intervertebral swinging prosthesis for pre-determined intervertebral space of cervical spine limiting with close plates (12, 13) of interfacing spondyl, which surfaces in frontal plane have curved kneel kneading (4), lateral adjoining flat central area (2), herewith the surface of close plates in frontal section in its central less mineralised area (2) have one distance (18) from the central plane (20) of intervertebral spaces, and in its lateral more mineralised areas (4) - another space (19). Prosthesis in the same frontal section in its central area (8), intended for adjoining the central area (2) of close plates surface, has the third distance (21) and in its marginal zones (10), intended for adjoining the lateral areas (4) of close plates surface has the fourth distance (22) from the same central plane (20'). The third distance (21) is more than the fourth (22). Difference (23) between the third and the fourth distance (21, 22) is more than difference (24) between the first and the second (18, 19). For prosthesis installation tooling is supposed with at least one prosthesis form corresponding file (54) for adjusting of vertebra body surface to the prosthesis form which is designed with central area and marginal zones and at least spares notal part of marginal zones from tissue take out.
EFFECT: creating the cervical spine prosthesis with support on marginal zones of virtebra pressure pads close plates without essential bony tissue take put.
