FIELD: medicine and medical rehabilitation.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in pediatrics, pediatric cardiology for the physical rehabilitation of children after surgical correction of congenital heart defects (CHD) in the early postoperative period. They conduct training in three parts. The first part is breathing exercises and exercises for various muscle groups with an emphasis on the lower extremities with low intensity for 3-5 minutes. The second part is dosed walking on a treadmill at a fixed speed of 2.7 km/h for 6 minutes with a gradual increase in duration to 15 minutes. The third part includes exercises for various muscle groups in combination with breathing exercises for 3-5 minutes. The total training time is 12-25 minutes, the course includes 14 workouts.
EFFECT: adaptation to physical exertion, as well as reducing the risks of postoperative complications such as exudative pericarditis, pleurisy and congestion in the lungs.
