SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to new 2,4-substituted indole with formula: I, its pharmaceutically accepted salt, where R¹ represents phenyl, optionally substituted with one or two substitutes, chosen from a group, consisting of a halogen, C_1-12alkyl, halogen C_1-12alkyl, or represents thienyl; R² represents residue of a saturated ring, consisting of six ring atoms, one or two of which are nitrogen atoms, and the others are carbon atoms, optionally substituted with one or two C_1-12alkyls; R represents H, C_1-12alkyl; R⁴ represents H; p represents 1 or 2; n represents 0,1 or 2. The compounds have antagonistic activity to the "5-ГТ6" receptor, which allows to use in pharmaceutical mixtures.
