SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the method of obtaining compounds with formula (I) , in which W represents a -COOR group or -CN; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, halogen or a (C1-C4)alkene group; R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 each independently represent an atom of hydrogen or halogen or (C1-C4)alkene, (C1-C4)alcoxy or a trifluoromethyl group; R represents a (C1-C4)alkene or a benzyl group. The method lies in that, the derivative of the corresponding phenyl-boric acid is made to react with formula (III) compounds.

EFFECT: obtaining of derivatives of 1, 5diphenylpyrazole-3-carboxylic acid for production of antagonists of CB1 cannabioide receptors.
