FIELD: pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to centrifugal pumps for oil products pumping. Pump consists of casing and one or several working stages with their impellers installed at the working shaft (WS). Shaft is installed on supports inside the casing. Outlet channel is connected to the head cavity made in the casing downstream the work stages. Magnetic coupling connects the drive shaft with WS and consists of two semi-couplings (SC) with constant magnets (M) and division wall. Division wall is made in the form of barrel which covers one of SCs installed at the WS end and is covered by another SC installed at the drive shaft. SCs consist of the same number of Ms. Ms are made in the form of rectangular parallelepipeds and installed around the circle around WS axle and perpendicular to one of the side faces of radius of circle, along which Ms are installed. In the magnetic coupling cross-section, width of M of semi-coupling, installed at the drive shaft, is 1.1-1.6 times larger that width of M of semi-coupling, installed at the WS. Diameter of circle with Ms of semi-coupling installed at the drive shaft, is 1.1-1.5 times larger than diameter of circle with Ms of semi-coupling installed at the WS. Diameter of circle with Ms of semi-coupling installed at the WS, is 3.0-5.9 times larger than WS diameter.
EFFECT: enhancement of pump operation reliability; reduction of overall dimensions and weight of magnetic coupling.
