FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: sugar, preferably, a cane sugar, is used as a carbon-containing material. Here, the sugar is subjected to preliminary drying to reduce the moisture content to, at least, 0.4% of initial weight. Then it is crushed into powder, cleared of impurities and subjected many times to pyrolysis and annealing in the atmosphere of inert gases in three steps at the preset process parameters. Now the resultant material is mixed with a modifying agent and the mix is subjected to pyrolysis and annealing in the atmosphere of inert gases in three steps at the preset process parameters. The powder thus produced is mixed, ground and triturated to required dispersive properties. The mixture of Na2 CO3, CaCl2 2H2O, KCl, NaCl and NaOH is used as a modifying agent. The carbon-containing material is triturated to the level of, at least, 12.9 to 14.2 microns.
