FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: carbon three-dimensional matrix is formed from corn grain, and non-organic dope material is introduced in it, for that purpose corn grain is dehydrated, ground and exposed to pyrolysis at the temperature of 900-930°C, and further prepared carbon mass is cooled at least down to 25°C and subjected to mechanical activation until dispersed carbon mass is prepared with particle size of at least 8 mcm and process of ultrasonic treatment, after that nano-dispersed silicon is introduced into dispersed carbon mass, in amount of up to 1% from mixture mass. Mixture is subjected to mechanical activation in energy intensive vibrating mill.
EFFECT: improved quality of prepared anode material with reduction of total consumptions for production of hydrocarbon raw material used as its basis.
