FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the telecommunications and can be used as data receipt and transmission method via digital connection. On the transmitting site data sources, if required, sector, massage binary transfer rates (BTR) in massage block and in conversion system converse them in signal flow and on receiving site inversely converse signal flow in flow of massaged BTR, decompress them in decompression block, sector if required and deliver to information users. When needed on receiving site signal flows of other data sources groups are summed up and on receiving site they are divided in multi-access blocks While sorting in interpolating processor at heartbeat binary digits xk BTR are read and multiplied xk on positive digits ak, which create, not always but for example, from quick increasing numbers via Merckle-Hilmann scheme usage and summing of digits akxk with flow of digital symbols receiving in the decompaction block and simultaneously at heartbeat digital symbols Sn are conversed, not necessarily, via Merckle-Hilmann scheme in flow of digital s'n, and s'n. They are conversed according to relation if xi=1, if where i=Kn-l, Kn-2,..., 1, and xi=0 in other cases in BTR, which are orderly delivered to data users.
