SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the telecommunications and can be used as data DRTS contains operatively linked dissimilar data sources, compress binary transfer rates (BTR) and their conversion system into signal flow and inverse conversion of signal flow in flow of compressed BTR, decompression block, data users and, if required, sectoring and multi-access blocks. At that compression block is made with ability of generating in its processor of ordered, simultaneous at heartbreak of binary digits xk BTR, multiplying xk on positive number ak, which create, not necessarily but for example, from quick increasing numbers ak via scheme Merckle-Hallmann usage and summing up of values akxk with receiving of n-flow of digital symbols Decompression block is made with the ability of simultaneous at heartbeat conversion in its processor of digital symbols flow Sn not necessarily, according to scheme Merckle-Hallmann in flow of digital symbols s'n, and s'n are conversed as to relation xi=1 if if where i=Kn-l, Kn-2, ..., 1, and xj=0 in other cases, in BTR, orderly delivered to data users.
EFFECT: effectiveness improvement of frequency recourse usage.
