FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to vacuum engineering and vacuum chokes and gates. It is designed for high-vacuum systems with heating capacity to 400°C. High-vacuum all-metal gate consists of sealing mechanisms and drive mounted on detachable flange as a whole mechanism. Sealing mechanism is represented with cartridge. Cartridge consists of housing, sealing plate, centering ring, top and bottom supports with profiled grooves for rollers, recoil spring and shim with projections. Rollers are provided with two grooves made in 180°. By means of these grooves rollers are installed on profiled projections of window and shim. Pendulum type drive is provided with lever. Lever moves in straight line motion along guide or turns with reference to axis.
EFFECT: high accuracy of plate seating in housing and required sealing effort.
