FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manipulators operating in sealed volumes. Manipulator is fixed on cover of vacuum chamber or protective box and comprises actuator in form of object stage and screw mechanisms of manual drives of combined bellows input of swinging, translational and rotational motions of actuating element. In said cover there is a sealed ball support which is telescopically connected to said screw mechanisms by lever system of sliding antibacklash hinges of multiple parallelogram with providing swinging motion of actuator by movement of said sealed ball bearing, and translational and rotational motions of actuating element – movement of helical mechanisms of drives of corresponding motions through said lever system.
EFFECT: decreased overall dimensions.
