FIELD: manipulators.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manipulators operating in sealed volume of vacuum chamber or protective box. Manipulator is fixed on cover in wall of vacuum chamber or protective box and comprises actuator in form of object stage and screw mechanisms of manual drives of combined bellows input of swinging, translational and rotational motions of actuating element. Manipulator is equipped with sealed ball bearing installed in cover and lever system of sliding uncooled hinges of multiple parallelogram telescopically connecting ball bearing and screw mechanisms of manual drives of combined bellows input of swinging, translational and rotational motions with actuating element with provision of swinging motion of actuator by movement of said sealed ball bearing, and translational and rotational motions of actuating element – movement of helical mechanisms of drives of corresponding motions through said lever system. Manipulator is configured to provide a servicing zone of the actuator within the value of solid angle of the sealed ball bearing.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing overall dimensions of the manipulator and increasing swinging motion of the actuator.
