FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manipulators operating in sealed volumes. Manipulator is fixed on cover of vacuum chamber or protective box and comprises actuating element in form of object table and screw mechanisms of manual drives of combined bellows input of swinging, translational and rotational motions of actuating element. In said cover there is a sealed ball support which is connected to said screw mechanisms by lever system of sliding antibacklash hinges of multiple parallelogram with provision of swinging motion of actuating element by movement of said sealed ball bearing, and translational and rotational motions of actuating element – movement of helical mechanisms of drives of corresponding motions through said lever system. Service area of manipulator is within the value of solid angle of sealed ball bearing.
EFFECT: decreased overall dimensions.
