SUBSTANCE: invention represents method including assessment of sodium fluoride toxicity by using biological objects, implying method of tissue cultivation, where 0.025 ml of sodium fluoride solution of appropriate concentration is added to 1 ml of nutrient medium 199 containing 15% bovine serum and antibiotics applied for kidney cell cultivation process, and toxicity is assessed by kidney tissue culture growth features (in vitro), by means of light optical microscope at low magnification (×120), and by evaluation of growing colonies, epithelial-like cells with certain number of fibroblast-like cells toxicity is assessed. Inhibition of cell colony growth more 75% indicates evident toxicity of sodium fluoride, growth inhibition within 63% to 74% characterises low toxicity, and growth inhibition lower 62% indicates very low toxicity of this substance.

EFFECT: increased assessment accuracy.
