FIELD: production method of food products.

SUBSTANCE: production method of special purposed preserves stipulates preparation of receipt components, boiling, pilling and shredding of eggs, cutting, blanching and shredding of cucumbers, freezing and shredding of green onion and dill greens, cutting and shredding of meat, boiling of kvass. Listed components are mixed with sour cream, sugar, salt and CO2- extract of biomass micromicete of Pythium and Mortierella and mustard. Received mixture is packed in aluminium tubes with stated components consumption.

EFFECT: new preserves for cosmic feeding have improved digestibility in comparison with similar culinary dish.
